Houserules

From 10:00 p.m., room noise must be kept in all rooms. Please also keep it down in the corridors and stairwells.

Please note the smoking ban in the rooms, corridors, reception and breakfast room. In case of violation, we charge € 50.00 per room for special cleaning.

During your stay at Hotel Alka, we ask you to behave in an environmentally friendly way, especially when using water and electricity.
For safety reasons, it is not permitted to lean out of the windows. The windows may only be opened for ventilation. The windowsill may not be used as a seat and nothing may be thrown out of the windows!
Please do not throw sanitary pads and tampons or any other objects into the toilets!

Receiving visitors in the guest rooms is not permitted. You are welcome to receive visitors in the breakfast room during our breakfast hours.

In the event of damage to or soiling of the building or inventory, the damage incurred is to be compensated by the party responsible. Compensation payments must be made immediately and in cash. In the case of groups, accompanying persons, if necessary representing the organiser, must pay in advance. Theft and other damage to property shall be reported immediately.
In the event of violations of one or more of the above regulations, Hotel Alka is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract without notice at any time. The guest’s obligation to pay for the booked overnight stays remains in effect.
Should a small mishap happen to you, i.e. you cause damage in the room, please contact us. Damage that is only noticed after departure will be considered as damage to property and will be dealt with accordingly. The damage will be charged to the person who caused it.
Guests are not permitted to use electrical appliances in our house, with the exception of hair dryers and electric razors. This applies in particular to kettles, immersion heaters, hotplates, irons, etc.

Pets are not allowed in our Hotel Alka.

We would like to point out that we cannot accept any liability for luggage and valuables. If desired, the safe in the reception can be used, but without guarantee. Hotel Alka expressly accepts no liability for the loss of valuables (especially jewellery and cash).

Hotel Alka is entitled to terminate accommodation contracts (even after occupation of the room(s)) with immediate effect and to expel the guest/group of guests from the house in exercise of its house rules if the guest/group of guests damages the reputation, safety or standing of the hotel, is suspected of committing criminal offences or harasses, repeatedly disturbs or endangers other guests, residents or neighbours. In particular, repeated violations by the guest/group of guests of the house rules, as well as damage, soiling or theft of hotel property entitle the hotel to terminate the contract immediately.
